it looks like lone rider 59 and myself are the only michiganders(?) . is there anybody else? if so where abouts? i'm around livingston county mostly
 
I know there are more because I saw a used 2008 at my local shop. It only lasted about a week before it was out of there so it's around Gaylord somewhere.

Parents have a little cottage on Pickrel Lake outside of Petosky. Was planning on taking the bike up there next week but ended up with a new job so will have to reschedule. Where is Livingston County? I was going to head up the "left coast" thru Indiana from Cincinnati.

I am kind of busy right now so this is a quick reply and more will follow soon but I live in Livingston County and just got my bike (08 FZ1) two days ago. I will talk more later, Valkrider

Livingston is north of Ann Arbor and West of Pontiac.. Basically at I-96 & US 23
 
I don't live there but I am headed there for Labor Day week. I'm going out to Smiths Creek to visit an Army buddy of days gone by. We intend to pack the bikes and make the trip from here.

Yes, his Mom and brother are in Port Huron. He's just west of Marysville I believe. We were there years ago and visited Frankenmuth then some huge truckstop that serves a full lb of bacon with breakfast. :eek:

We are debating running out with the bikes. Long trip, limited packing ability and being Sept, the weather could be anything at that time.

# two, I live in waterford but am originally from Brighton. I'm always around there as my best friend live in Ann Arbor so I'm always driving through there...let me know if/when you wanna ride or wrench on the FZ1s
 
hey MossDaHaus, welcome to the site. Lots of helpful and knowledgeable people here. I work crazy hours during the week but on the weekends I've always got something going on in the garage. Next time you're coming through send me a private message(so i'll see it on my e mail). Came to howell at 12, moved to pinckney 4 years ago. We probably know some of the same people, anybody from phoenix high school?
