I bought a SS Yosh TRC slip on. It was the single best thing I ever did to the bike. It sounds like a beast now! The stock system was just too quiet. Install was pretty straight forward. Yoshimura supplies good instructions.

I just got my SW-Motech Alu-Rack installed. I have a Givi V46 topcase that I used with my 2007 Hayabusa. I wanted to re-use the topcase when I got the FZ1, so the only option I could find was this rack. I had a horrible time getting it installed, but I'm happy with the outcome.

Me too! Traded in my 2007 Hayabusa for a 2009 FZ1 on 12/29. It's now 2/13 and haven't had one single nice day of riding to allow me to commute to work on it. Just my luck.

I don't think handguards look that bad at all. I had a 2005 V-Strom 650, so they weren't stock on mine. I think they only came on the V-Strom 1000. I still wanted some, but ended up trading that in for a Hayabusa before I put them on the bars. I've seen them on Buell XB12x and Ducait...

If anyone is familiar with Rally Racing, you'll know how the Subaru WRX STI comes with gold BBS wheels. I happen to love that color scheme with black, white, gray or red body paint. I wouldn't have minded if my 2009 rims were closer to gold than olive, but at least it's not plain old boring black.
