Yes, but if you are running stock headers you don't want to do it. Exup serves no purpose on the Gen II, but does so on the Gen 1, It will run poorly without Exup.
Don't know anybody making a 4-2-1 anymore now that Yoshimura has quitting making them. I think Arrow makes headers, don't know about 4-2-1. Dale Walker Holeshot makes a very nice 4-1 header, though not titanium.
