For sale is my 2001 Yamaha FZ1 streetfighter 1000cc motorcycle. The bike has 9,500 miles and a clean title.
It was a custom streetfighter build that was done with the help of a custom motorcycle shop in Harrisonburg, VA. The tank has a dent (pictured below) so I painted part of the tank to...

UPDATE!
I'm done with school for the semester, so I've knocked a lot off of my to-do list for this thing.
When I am finished, I will be selling the bike. My band is going on tour in the fall, so having some dough in the bank will be sweet!
Just swapped out my tanks, here's my ghetto tank drain station:
The oil cap is snapped off, so I don't know how I'm gonna get it off. Hopefully the glue holding this plastic to it will suffice. If not I'll try JB weld:
Here's the bike with the tank on, and tail section completed as it...
UPDATE:
Races are out and in tact to use for seating the new ones. I've got an idea for seating the new bearing on the steering stem too...
Here's my to-do list I just compiled, in no particular order:
drill igntion pegs
drain old gas tank, swap pump and shut off valve
get broken oil...
It had a flat end, but it was too fat to get in the stem at an angle that would grip the race. So I bought a 5/8" wide by 12" long chisel. That worked, got the bottom one out fine without any damage to it, but destroyed the corners of the chisel. So now the chisel won't grip the top one since it...
I need the stock pegs/rearsets. Does this include the shifter lever/toe thing on the left? I will buy them from you.
I will take the can off him, then just have my machine guy make it work, he does wonders.
Can you talk to him or PM me his phone # and let him know I'll be calling?
No way! I appreciate it, I may hit you up when i have tire needs! Any other bikes? And where are you in the Queen City? I was born there actually, when Kings Daughters was still a hospital.
And I just found your bike listing online. LOTS of mods! Any stock parts sitting around? I'm sure there's...
Yeah I've seen that in a few videos. I have a 1" chisel and an 8mm point alignment punch, both of which seem to be too thick and don't get over to the frame cutout at enough of an angle, if that makes sense. This is what I tried to use. I didn't go at it for more than just a few minutes, will...
