I have a wonderful blue 02 gen 1 FZ-1 with 13k miles. I bought it a while ago from the most thorough person. He had had a new 01, sold it, then got the most cherry one he could, added an expensive Penske shock, Seargent seat, carbon muffler, etc. I found him on craigslist a a couple of hours...
I have an '02 FZ-1 and managed to break the cigarette lighter jack, or, there is now no power out. Fuses are good. Any wisdom on fixing or replacing it? Thanks..
tires are not for course
I omitted to say that the tires are NOT for the course. We use their bikes. They offer a deal on the tires for students. I ride on the street only and do not race.
Thanks-
Bob

They have a deal on the Dunlop Qualifier 2 tire.
Any opinion or experience?
Thanks, Bob
I have a great '02 FZ-1. I just had a Ducati Diavel with amazing huge ABS brakes. The FZ-1 seems light in the brake department by comparizon. I would like to beef it up and am no mechanic.
I am told that bleeding them, replacing with steel cables, and getting new stronger or larger calipers...
