@9Lives. Sorry haven't been on the forum since the ride last year. The rest of the trip was amazing. A couple hiccups here and there but if anything they added to the experience. I was able to borrow the side reflectors from a friend and passed the MOT safety. However, if you still have them I...
I was able to find a few shops, but Recreation Supply Co had the right tire size in stock, their mounting price on bike was reasonable compared to others and they were able to fit me in the same day knowing I was on a road trip. I dealt with Mike over the phone and Matt in person. Both great guys!
Does anyone know of a motorcycle store that sells and mounts the rear 190/50/17 tire for the Fz1? Or alternatively selling their new or somewhat used tire?
I am on a cross country ride and need the tire replaced before heading on. I think I maybe able to make it to Regina if there is a...
My 50a main fuse needs to be replaced. I checked the service manual, but the part number is not listed (it is simply called main fuse).
Does anyone know what type of fuse this is? Or know the Yamaha part number for it?
Thanks

This is needed to import the bike into Canada, which I maybe looking to do soon...

I am sure someone will be curious as to why I would want to do that. The reason is I am thinking of riding the Denali Highway in Alaska later this year, and want to put on Continental TK70/TK80 tires for the...
I need to do a coolant change on the FZ1 (Gen II) (it has turned brownish) and wanted to see if people recommend using the Honda Type 2 coolant on this bike? Or is there is another FZ1 forum recommended coolant for this bike (that is not yamacool)?
Also, is the total coolant capacity 2.5...
