2015+ R1 Shock for Gen 2 FZ1

I’ve got a 2015+ R1 shocks sub 5k miles for sale, for Gen 2 FZ1 (excluding ABS models). Far superior rear shock then stock at a very reasonable price. $150 with the top bushings trimmed to go right in your bike or $130 for just the shock shipping included within US or can ship world wide. You will need to modify your recover rectifier bracket to fit the shock either way. thanks everyone.

I’ve been trying to find a work around for international shipping. Unfortunately, because of the compressed gas contained in the shock, customs does not allow them to be flown overseas since it posses a risk to the plane from the changing altitude.

Hi Guys,
Just FYI, you can send a shock, you just need to declare it.

I have attached the form that came with the shock I recieved from the US recently.

Cheers,
Mac.

I’ve got a 2015+ R1 shocks sub 10k miles for sale, the top bushing needs to be trimmed 1.3mm and the rectifier location mod done and it goes right into your Gen 2 FZ1 (excluding ABS models). Far superior rear shock then stock at a very reasonable price. $100 + $15 shipping in within US, thanks everyone.
Hi John,

thanks for your help elsewhere :)

Tell me .. is it 1 mm or 1.3 mm that needs to be trimmed off top bushing?

The larger circumference base of the bushing should be taken down to 6mm like in this photo. That’s how I measure it, but overall with the top bushings installed firmly into the top mount of the shock the total width needs to be a hair under 3cm.

This is brilliant John...hoping to get done tomorrow,,just under 3cm is good ..many thanks.
Hope all the election stuff is going well for you...

Well I'm just glad its basically over at this point, I was just tired of hearing about it every second and people bitching on Facebook lol. Both were terrible choices so I ultimately did not care. Maybe next election we won't have two geriatrics bickering about changes that will have no effect in their lifetime

Hey John, any available now? My 2014 FZ1 is in need of an upgrade. How much does one have to remove from the top bushing?
Thanks, H.

Unfortunately, I still do not have any. My usual guy that parts out 2015 R1s has been a step back from parting bikes out recently. Hoping he will get back to it soon though.
