you'll find you use less than you imagine. when i did a 3 week trip cross country i ended up only using 1/4 of the clothes i packed. if you got em, just pack a spare set of your clothes and gloves, if they get wet, once you're out of the rain, switching to a dry pair is a mighty nice feeling
i took that tire around the country, front lasted 11500 miles, rear lasted 8500 miles, was completely bald edge to edge but, it made it. it's a better tire than you're assuming it to be.
bought the belly pan chin fairing thing. it was factory red. so, a little rattle can later, it's black. it's, not as awesome as i expected...but am hoping i'll come around to it eventually
sweet jesus, with the fairing kit and hard cases already on it? you just came out $2,000 ahead man and it looks awesome, got the right year for the good wheels too. good grab.
FZ1 with ecu flash, leave stock pipes on it. is very very fun. needs suspension upgrades and brake upgrades if you plan on riding aggressively or on track, however if you are smooth and only on the street it will suffice stock. since you're english hilltop motorcycles 01455 848522 is where i'd...
the caps on your coil packs must be bad for that much moisture to get down there. side note, every used bike i buy gets full fluid flush, suspension, oil, coolant, gas. you never know the last time it was done, if ever. also check plugs and pads.
in the manual it says 10w40/20w50 yamalube...i only ride when it's hot so do u guys think motorex power synt 10w50 is a good bet?
you answered your own question before asking it. if you're looking for someone to tell you what you wanna hear, here it is, sure, go with 10w50.
it was a freakin blast. even though turns out the r6 clutch decided to start slipping bad and the steering stem seal on the fz1 decided to not hold back grease from the neck of the frame anymore, also, PR4's are not meant for the track, still had a blast.
done both, i have windscreens now on all my bikes. its not bad under freeway speeds but anything above that is no bueno. especially after about an hour. after my rides my neck would hurt for days
