Dustin, the route is basic: Hwy 126, with a light detour up Sweet Creek Rd and back, then up US 101. I confess my ignorance and have NO CLUE on how to do a google maps link. :o

Managed to get out last month, and get a trifecta of destination treats: A covered bridge (Wildcat Covered Bridge over the Siusalw River), a waterfall (Sweet Creek Falls) and a light house (Heceta Head Light House) all in one trip. Temperature was about 45 degrees, and the weather was clear...

The roads and air did warm up and I got a ride in. Same one as last October, only reverse direction. No road pics because it was COLD, but had a great time, and not too much green on the roads.

If anybody saw my snivel and whine over in the FZ1 girls section, and took pity on a poor Oregon gal and sent good weather, THANK YOU!! We had a day that wasn't freezing or raining or snowing or fogging, and got to get the bikes off and knock the rust off our skills. Just under a 100 mile...

Gonna have to post a pic of the work ride...take home patrol vehicle. I am really hoping that today's freezing fog (27 degrees) melts off by afternoon (forecast to get almost to 50) for a ride...or two, gotta keep ALL the bikes happy.

Oh, heavens, I want to ride. Freezing fog, snow and rain on my weekends, and decent riding weather on the work days. Arrrgh

Hope you feel better soon. Backs can be tricky. Hearty second to the anti-inflammatory meds. Little late for the ice first, but heat feels SO good.

Dashed off to the coast again. Caught a 50 degree day with no rain, and 150 mile later, we had a successful ride! Just a little taste...
