Yep, noticeable difference for me as well. As far as the rough edges were concerned, the plates I got from CD were just fine. Not sure if there was a bad batch floating around, or I just got lucky. Edit to add....yeah, I can relate on the "over a grand on it so far", too! :)

Just finished up with a few mods (LARS airbox w/K&N, CD plates, Roth plates, slip-on, gutted cat, 16t). Got it all back together after doing the naked conversion, and a 10k mile service (oil & plugs). Runs pretty damn good, but I think there's room for improvement with a box. Problem is this...

Actually yesterday, but first chance to post it... Installed a 16t sprocket. Wow. Butt dyno is real happy. Now in 1st it will either loft the front end, break the rear loose...or both! :jaw drop::angel:

Post Motodynamic install... Update...if anyone is curious the condition is still there, even after installing the new Motodynamic integrated LED taillight. No worries though.:cheers:
