Funny thing is my '82 650 Seca had self cancelling signals... They flashed a set number of times (like 8 IIRC) if the clutch was all the way out and the bike was in gear.

You can use any handlebar. the aluminum bars are the easiest because you can tap the ends for the bar end weights. The steel handlebars require a bit more effort or aftermarket bar end weights.
