A/F meters

Several riders have been talking about adding pipes/ air box mods etc. and trying to get the combined package working to it's maximum capacity. One of the best indications in determining that a particular setup is really sinked in is when the A/F ratio is right which is usually in the 13.5-14 range give or take a bit depending on exactly what is goal of the add-ons. I found that NGK has a wideband kit available for less than $300. That sounds like a lot of cash, but for someone who is willing to chuck out up to a grand for a complete exhaust system, maybe $400 for a PCIII and who knows how much for a modified air intake, another $300 to make sure it's doing the job correctly doesn't seem so bad.
