My 2007 FZ1 bulbs are yellow and dim, making night riding kind of sketchy sometimes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I had the same issue. Couldn't really ride safely at night.

I installed the BeamTech LED bulbs. Bought off of Amazon (Amazon calls them fog light bulbs). They really light up the road now. Really easy to install, but you have to install the dust seal on the bulb first, and then put the bulb in the bike. Not bad! The ones I have had no fans, so no worries about fans burning out.

Which model did you get? They've got to be decent quality for the price.

These look like the ones I got, and for about the same price. The mounting ring will twist and come off so that you can take it off of the bulb. Then, put the dust cover on the bulb and then re-install the mounting ring and install the bulbs. There is a top and bottom to the bulbs. If you stretch the dust cover over the heat sink and hold the bulb that the cover / sink firmly, you can put the bulb back in easily and then just click the cover in place.

OK... that says that don't fit my SIL's Nissan Rogue... but they do fit the Gen II FZ1. I bought these after one of the FZ1OA guys absolutely swore by them. I got some, and they have worked great. I also put them in my 2010 Accord. The difference is amazing! So... some in the 2010 Ridgeline as well. In the Ridgeline they are a lot better than stock, but not as good as the FZ1 and Accord I think the Ridgeline got a set that DID NOT say "fog lights". They didn't impress as much, but they are still way better than stock

Awesome, thanks a lot. I'll look into them a little further before I pull the trigger.

Might need to get a set for my car and Kawasaki Versys if they're as good as advertised!

Curious to hear which way you go on these. I will say that the bulbs I got were perfect for the Accord, and I think also for the FZ1. I think the reflectors on the Ridgeline, at least for the different bulbs that I got for it, maybe not a perfect match, but still a major improvement.

I have seen a lot of comments on all kinds of bulbs about the arrangement of the LEDs don't exactly match up with the car or bike reflector design. I think that is the issue I have with the Ridgeline, and I may try replacing those bulbs with the exact ones I used in the bike and see what I end up with there. There are a lot of great bulbs out there, but how much they like your reflector design seems to be the real key.

Regardless - let us know which way you go and how they work for you!
