Bridgestone is offering $70 reward for their top tier Battle Axe tires, All other BattleAxe models like the T-32 get a $60 rebate. Current front non GT, T-32 is $166, current 180 rear is $206. So after rebate you pay about $312 a set.

Michelin is not running any rewards at the moment.

I've got about 4000 miles on a set of PR4 that I installed Apr 24, will probably get another 4000 out of them. Haven't given them a thought which is high praise. Just used the $60 rebate I got from buying them today.

Getting to be time to buy something. Bridgestone Rewards program closes 31 Oct. Have about 6400 on the PR4s and they've been good.......yesterday's ride I could start to feel the rear profile flatten out so that I feel it sort of falling off the edge when leaned over. Probably got 1500 miles max left.

I can buy a set of PR4s again for the same list price ($370) as the T32s but the $60 rebate on the Stones bring them to $310 a set which is appealing. One problem in making the decision is PR4 rears don't seem to be available.

I'm running the Conti Road Attack 3's right now. Previously, I had the PR6s. There MAY be a slight advantage to the feel of the Contis, but they sure are a pain to spoon on. One thing I loved about the PR6s was that they were the easiest to mount, and I think they wore a little better than the Contis. As for the feel, it seems to me like the PR4, 5, 6 all had similar feel, but as they progressed (4, 5, 6), they seemed to get better on the wet surfaces. If you like the PR4s, I would think you would like the PR6s as well.

If you spoon on your tires yourself using the "old-school" method like I do, I would say you would like the PR6s, even though they do cost a bit more. OK, so I have a home made bead breaker on my work table that works well, but I clamp the wheel on a stand on the table and spoon off with my trendy Motion Pro irons. Anyway, I'm about 1000 to 1500 away from a new set, and I'm going back to the PR6s. The PRs are hard to beat as far as I'm concerned!
