Derestriction process

Hey guys, my first post :), recently got my hands on a 2008 FZ1N, living in france with the weird power laws.
Previous owner told me there is a process with the buttons on clock to get full power (currently at 100 BHP instead of the whole hog), he did it succesfully years ago (but cant remeember what it is) but needs doing again after battery change and bike being stood for a long, long time.
Hoping someone here can help :)
 
I found it on YouTube in French how it’s done :) you won’t have heard of it because it’s only on the French sold fz1.
