I had trouble with my HD1080 camera since the day one. The screen used to stop working after a while possibly due to bike vibrations and there was no way of knowing if the recording was on or not. It was apparently .. Later the camera just stopped working. I shipped them the camera and they shipped me back a brand new one with accessories! Great company and great product which IMO is better and more functional than GoPro
 
Good customer service...

The Drift cam is indeed more funtional and easy to use than the GoPro, it feels less shaky when mounted on the helmet.
But in terms of image quality ( like micro contrast, dynamic range ect.) GoPro produces a much better output file.
