Exhaust diameter

I was wondering if any one knows te stock diameter
Of the exhaust and the the stock mid pipe
Or header?

Thanks trying to see if I can get a exhaust to fit
 
Inside diameter of the stock muffler measures 68mm and the outside diameter of the header is ,60mm plus you have a sealer ring of 4mm thickness
 
I'm in the process of building a custom slip on for a gen 1. the O.D. of the mid pipe where it enters the stock muffler is 2 3/8" which is an odd diamiter but the inside diamiter is 2 1/4" and if you slide a 2 1/4" O.D. pipe into it, it opens up a wide range of inexpensive mufflers. I will post a complete build thread with pictures in a few days.
