how to adjust front and rear suspension?Please HELP...

I recently purchase an 09' fz1 and i dont know how to adjust the suspension. I dont have an owners manual and i want to reset the suspension to factory settings. If anyone can helpit would be much appreciated.

IMO the factory settings are horrific! My suspension guru reckons they are the exact opposite of what they should be. ymmv!
