Finally found a new pair of wet weather gloves that fit my tiny hands and have the features I want. I paid $55 shipped with some eBay coupons I had.
The make is a company out of France called Five:

I have another pair of gloves from them called the RFX New and they fit and feel amazing. I bought them on the spot when I tried them on, they were that comfortable.
My new WFX-1 have a bunch of features that I've been searching for:
- A long gauntlet
- A layer of thermal for the cold, but less on the palm so feel and control isn't lost
- A palm slider
The waterproofing isn't a GoreTex liner like I wanted but it's a good alternative from Hipora which does work quite well. There is 'Superfabric' on the pinky and on the palm as well.
Fit is perfect and I will comment on usage later
