Foliage Ride Tomorrow - October 25th

I'll be up on Bear Mountain tomorrow if anyone wants to join me. I'll be up there solo. This is the club that most members frequent my job. They are running up there as well. Maybe I'll see some of ya up there! Looking at about 10 to 11am.

Have a great time among the fall leaves, assuming you have the same type of situation that we do. And hopefully you don't encounter the type of weather we've been having which is 40 degrees and rain, rain, rain. Be careful.

Thank God luckily the rain headed out last night leaving us with sunshine and temps between 59 and 63 degrees for today. You just have to be careful now with the matted, wet leaves on the roads up there. I'll be taking it slow anyway so it should be a great day. Thanks. I'll take some pics.

Well, I'm back in one piece and the bike ran flawlessly. The peak couldn't have been more packed with both bikes and cars. It seems that everyone likes to see the leaves change. Tony (NJFZ1) met me up there and we found a group of real characters whom had us laughing with their motorcycle humor. The weather was great, not too cold and not too hot. I love the cold weather so I was at home. Here are a couple of shots from the peak.

I had a great time today. Many bikes and great weather. You can't ask for much more. A big thanks to Tony for meeting me up there. Hopefully the next weekend can stay in the upper 50's for another possible run. I'll be there!

Yep, weather was great. A little chilly in the morning, but I was prepared so it wasn't a big deal. As the day went on it warmed up into the low 60's, which as Billy said, is perfect riding weather. Had a good time up there. Here are a few pics I took on the way home:

Since you are dropping hints.......casino cash for all those bike pics you took for the other BOM thread when you went to the AMA race.......

I thought it was a great shot by the lake. Like so many times that I stop to take a picture, the sun was in the wrong spot and the bike is lit too dark. But with a little help from your electronic friends this is not a problem anymore, like so.
Erased the plate while I was at it. It's not the same resolution as your original, but you get the idea.

Thanks that looks much better...thought about trying the same thing, but just didn't get around to it. I actually meant to park the bike so it would be facing the other way, and thus would be leaning the other way, but was in a hurry to get back home.
