Fork top tube diameter?

Don't know about clip ons with our bike, as our rake and wheelbase and rearsets may not help the clip on equation, which is the ability to easily use the tank, in the twists, gripping tank with arms/elbows. (Our bike is a little harder to turn than racers. Clipons work well for racers.)

Lowered bars is perhaps a better solution.

If I recall, I think our forks are 43, but can't remember for sure.

Our slider is 43mm but I thought I saw the upper part was 50mm, I'll measure today, playing hookie today.

Really these are accomplishing the same thing as a lower bar. Each bar is 12" so there is plenty of spread for leverage. I'm also thinking this will be similar to the stock bar and the SZ650 riser; only no risers, and bar. I'm looking to move the bar down and forward; I actually feel cramped on this bike in a way. I'll measure today and see how it looks.

Thanks!

I know that you have traveled this road before.....convertibars.....I just need to sell some things to get the latest generation of the handlebars, v-roc.

pricey as you have stated.....but you can set yourself up for alot more diversification.....
