Fuel pressure

Can anyone tell me what fuel pressure is delivered to the injectors/throttle bodies.

According to page 7-8 of the service manual the fuel pump should be putting out 46.1 psi so I wold think thats the pressure you would see at the injector.

You're correct, unless there is some sort of pressure regulator in between the pump and the injectors.
