Gen II handle bar dia?

So I'm checking out the master cyl upgrade that a lot of you are doing... but most are on the naked N bike and correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the N have a smaller diameter handle bar compared with the S models???
So if I'm looking at the 2007/2008 R6 MC, will it fit the FZ1S handle bar???
 
You've gone mod crazy Scottyd, you must have earned some good money while OS ;)

They are both the same bars externally, the only difference is the mountings inside the bars for the bar ends.
 
Oh, the next question I have is: do the brake lines just unbolt off the stock MC and bolt up to the R6 MC? Or will I need to buy other brake lines? (I'm looking at a set of HEL SS lines anyway)
Or does it have to be from one into two from the MC?

The stock FZ1lines will bolt up ok but the angle they come off the MC is a bit off and on my FZ1 with R1 front end, they are a tad too short for my liking.

I would buy 50mm longer HEL R1 lines (something I need to do myself)
