As a new owner of an 08 FZ1 fazer in October 08 just thought I would say hello to everybody. I have owned a few yamaha's in the past from the FS1e to an XJR1300 quite recently. I have been attached to bikes for most of my life but not always owned one for various reasons. I must say that I have enjoyed my FZ1 Fazer almost everyday even in the snow on a ride from Ayr to Aberdeen. Very impressed with the bike and I look forward to owning it and stamping my mark on it in the years to come.

Welcome to the forum Alex, it's a pleasure to have you aboard. You have the same problem as me. I also bought my FZ1 in October. Bad time to buy a bike in New York if you want to ride. Just as I grew to love the bike, Winter arrived. Now I just get one day here and one day there. I can't wait until Spring! Billy. Welcome again.
