Oil Change After Winter Storage Question

Ok I searched, but didn't see the answer to this probably simple question. This is the first time I stored a bike for winter and am going to be changing the oil in anticipation of taking it out for the nice weather. Since it has been sitting for a couple of months, is it better to change the oil before I start the bike so the oil that has been sitting isn't circulated? Or is it better to get the bike up to opeating tempature and then change the oil as normal? I figured I could warm it up, take it for a ride around the block and then change the oil and clean the chain, but figured I would ask for opinions. Thanks.

Me, I always warm the engine up to operating temps before changing my oil, even after sitting for the off season. You'll be okay, so take it for a spin!

Condensation will build up in the crankcase during storage. You really should warm the motor up to full operating temp BEFORE you change the oil after prolonged storage.

The engine will be fine either way but getting to full temp before changing the oil will burn off any built up condensation.

Check the tire pressure before that first ride !

It's always best to drain the oil after it has heated up to operating temperature; it will drain better and help flush out any particles during the process. Draining the sump cold after it has been sitting for months is not the best practice.
