Here we go.
I've finally decided to start a thread about Maya.

Maya is my beloved ride.
2011 ABS Black

I've always had black motorbikes, she makes no difference.

It started as small Mods, like the cover seat, shorter windscreen, carbon fiber exhaust, LED headlights, some carbon fiber inserts, aluminium foot pegs, to continue on black titanium bolts and nuts.
Then AirBox modified with stacks velocity from Graves, fliers modified (38mm).
Slowly going to have an ohlins shock absorber and so on.

It's clearly become a project bike, but keep an eye that I would like to ride her every day.

Now headers and link pipe ceramic coated ready to be installed.

So this thread will be my logbook on Mods I've done on Maya.
So stay tune to see develops

Cheers

Here the headers and link before and after (Cat removed)
Ceramic coated Graphite Black with Hot Arc Wire aluminium Coating as addition.

Mounting those, I'll replace the studs and nuts for headers with titanium ones.
Special copper bushes and install air sensor Autotune from dynojet.
Waiting the ECU flashed by Ivan's specification.
Ready to go to tune the PCV as next step.

looks great! I love Black Bikes.

Did you do the Ceramic coating on the Pipes yourself? I have a full Yosh setup on my GEN1 that is looking a little crusty, I can take some barkeeps friend to it to shine it up, but it is my daily so it gets dirty quick.

Thank you

Unfortunately I let make it to a professional. main reason they have experience on exhaust pipes. This treatment reduce rust and oxidation. Heat minimised makes the gas flow better. And they look cool.

Fighting yesterday and today for some nasty studs. I hope I'll sort it out soon.
I need a studs extrator
Wish me luck.
(I had the opportunity to change sparks and all the pipes with silicon AS3 performance)

Just an update.
I've managed to remove the heathers but I snapped 5 studs. Now I need to drill them. Wish me luck
