Rear seat removal

2007 FZ1.
The lock to remove rear seat not turning.
Yes sprayed with WD40, Graphite spray also,
simple will not turn.
Anyone know how to remove the side panel or had
this issue before? Thanks

Try gently pushing down on the rear seat while turning the key?

Went thru this not too long ago on a fzr1k. what a pita. Luckily i could destroy the cylinder. Now i need a complete key/lock set.
