Screen cutting?

Yes but I've invested too much time and money into the front end already. Maybe if I get my spare "body" painted up in Kenny Roberts colors, it would go naked. Also love the look I've got now, just like a lower screen. Aslo the screen I would cut cost me $25 delivered from china so I'm just proving to be a tight A$$!

Good Thread!
Thanks for the video. I figured it was something like that but I had never seen it done. While we are cutting windscreens we might as well give them the tinted look.

I saw somebody instead of tint use that carbon fiber vinyl wrap once. It made the windscreen completely non functional but from the front it looked cool.

I cut mine with a sabersaw just like the video but I have blue tape on both sides. Then I hand sand with a sponge sanding block. Then I finish everything with rubbing compound followed with plexy glass polish.

Mine's also a cut down factory screen. Just used painters tape to mark it, and then used a scribe, followed by a dremel cut off wheel and some sanding to finish and round it off, turned out really well.1388526_624819237582814_1213267611_n.jpg
