2003 Yamaha FZ1 - 140k miles - Salvage Title due to dent in the tank from a car knocking it off the center stand in a parking garage. This has been a great bike for me and I hope it will continue to be a great bike for you. One of my photos is a list of maintenance records I kept in a spreadsheet. From that you can see I purchased the Bike in 2013 with 38k miles and it now has 140k miles. This bike has been very solid and I would not hesitate to take it on a long road trip right now. Because I use this bike for commuting the carbs are clean and the bike fires up and runs with no issues. Registration is good through February. With the age and mileage it has a few blemishes. I have the full Yoshimura Exhaust system on this bike that is very rare these days and highly sought after - the bike sounds amazing. I had the seat re-upholstered by a local shop in Oceanside a few years back and you can see from the photos it is better than stock. There is a mount for the rear top box - but the bike did not come with that. Oxford Heated Grips work really well and are fantastic for winter commuting in San Diego. I am only selling this bike because I made the decision to get into some ADV riding and this bike won't do that so I bought a new commuter ADV and do not have room in the garage for 3 bikes. The Bike has been garaged the entire time I have owned it. I do not need the cash so please respect my time and not give me low ball offers. I have looked and many of the other FZ1's for sale right now are not running or need the carbs cleaned, etc, etc - this bike is ready to be ridden home and beyond. No Trades.
