I just scored the Toumaster Overpant for my morning commute. $140
Very roomy and easy on/off. Waterproof, good protection, good fit. Sizing is true. They come in three lengths per waist size (short, regular, long). Deep pockets in front are nice.
I wore them over pants & long underwear for my 25 minute 30 deg. F. commute. Very nice. I'm skinny and I get cold easy, these did a great job.
