I'm not sure that's a kit but they made it into a naked bike.
You can get the Belly Pan here:
Yamaha Fazer 1000 & FZ 1 Accessories. Wild Hair Accessories. Motorcycle Accessories & Aftermarket European Parts.
Then you will just have to find an under tail exhaust. I have not seen an FZ1 with an exhaust like that.

new to site, links to street fighter are awesome, have to agree with other comments that bike looks great, glad I stumbled across, I'm wanting to change to naked version, your bike has me looking hard at using one of these kits. Thanks again.

That is something the Triumph S3 could use. The copper red makes the FZ1 look like a Ninja.

Looks like R1 forks and front brakes too. I like that whole kit. It also looks like bar end turning signals.
