I'm definitely interested, I just have my money all tied up in other things right now. If it's still around at the end of August PM me.

How much rider weight is that spring set for out of curiosity?

I'm also almost ready to purchase a Penske. I'm not sure that's the model I want. I'll look it up. I'd like to know the rider weight for the spring too. I'm a fatty and I bet I need a heaver spring. :(

I'm 2nd in line. :wilynily:

The Penske 8983 is a great choice. The 750 lb spring is good for riders up to 220 lbs WITHOUT riding gear. The 700 lb spring is for lighter riders. I weigh 185 and the 750 lb spring is too much but the 700 is perfect for me.

It's a good deal, but I was considering the 8987 with fast and slow compression and I would need a heavier spring :ugh: I'll drop out. It's a great deal for the right person. It should be an easy sale!

Also since this shock comes with the two springs you can sell them for $55 each to pay for a new spring. A new spring will run around $70-80, if you do need a heavier spring. I paid $120 for the 700 lb hpyercoils spring which has been used about 2 months, but I think you can get a Elbach for less.

Aloha Jeff, I'm sorry but I was having problems with my bank account yesterday we are having a tropical storm and everything it's crazy right now, but I just sent you the payment, Mahalos
