I have an 04 fz1 and it’s acting like it’s not getting fuel, ik fuel is getting too carbs but I have to spray gas in the carbs to get it to run at all but then dies, has compression and spark I have exhausted all efforts, please help me

Getting it back on road after winter inactivity?

I suspect you know what needs to be done (carb cleaning) but haven’t reached the level of despair to take required action. Your jets / passages are most likely clogged, which is why it starts with sprayed in gas. There’s an off chance that your fuel filter is clogged but really……..it's not likely.

If you hear the fuel pump power up when you turn the key and if gas flows out of the carb drain screws then your carbs are clogged.

A half hearted cleaning with a piece of wire will likely result in having to do (the right thing) more than once.
Do a search for carb cleaning threads, invest circa $125 in new jets, needles, and seats. Some use the All Balls kits off the bay

I did clean the carbs and found nothing, sent it off to someone who knows the up’s and downs of anything with a carb and he rebuilt them and found nothing aswell, the fuel filter also isn’t clogged, brand new it is.

New development, will idle if I’m pulling the starter plunger but dies if I let out of it;. Also backfires when I rev it with it on

Try going through electrical connections on the ignition side including coils and plugs and also grounds. Disclaimer…don’t know anything about a gen1. But given your update it seems electrical now.
