    Figured it out. I took the wheel up to the shop yesterday to put the tire on, and they put it on the wheel backwards. The arrow on the spoke is pointing to the rear! At least I think that what my problem is.

    I think I see what my problem is, the spacing between the forks is uneven! one rotor is closer than the other I have the spacers in on the wheel though. How is this kicking my ass so bad haha. Any idea what I'm doing/not doing?
