    Yamaha Sport Scoops

Hey Eric, how did your wife end up with a Top Saddlery seat while you're stuck riding stock?

    New RAM mounts available

Whoever mounted that wasn't thinking ahead, you would have to let off of the throttle to get the gun. It should have been mounted on the other side so that the throttle could be used for a quick getaway lol!

What did you do to your Non-FZ1 motorcycle today.

Nice work Oldschool. I don't know about your day job, but I think you could make some change with your hobby.

What did you do to your Non-FZ1 motorcycle today.

New top end in my 2001 XT350. Burnt an exhaust valve and figured that I might as well do it up right since I already had it apart.

    Insurance?

You guys are making us up here in Ontario really depressed. I'm paying $560 for just liability insurance and was happy to find it so cheap. In my pricing hunt I recieved quotes as high as $2000 just for liabilty. By the way I'm in my fiftys with no accidents or tickets. Insurance up here is...

    Too Much Bike?

No such thing as too much bike. Only too little brain use from driver. Respect the power available from the bike and you'll be fine, and welcome to the club.

    Buying a motor mountable camera

Nice video MrLims, makes me miss not riding the bike. Snowmachines are nice, but not the same as riding my FZ1.

    Another Off and Welcome Back?

Sorry for your loses, but glad that we can welcome you back to the forum. Cell phones are a great invention, unfortunately when people break down on the road now everybody passing by expects them to have a working cell phone so they don't bother to stop. Myself growing up when and where I did...

FZ1 Riders Show us your baby!!

Best way to remove a decal is a heat gun set to low. Carefully peel the decal off without burning your fingers. Then use a little "Goo Gone" to remove any glue that didn't come off with the decal. However the decal will usually not be reusable.

    Air Pressure in tire

Yes the cold temps will drop the air pressure in any tire. Just as high temps or a heated up tire will raise the air pressure. My only question is what do you consider pretty cold (as I look outside at the snow)? PS. Take a ride for me, I'll have to wait until about April before I"ll be able to...

    New FZ1 owner

Welcome to the forum. I also had a Maxim 750 1983. They were great bikes. To bad they don't make 4 cylinder cruisers anymore. Not that I'd want to trade for my FZ1, but they were good bikes for their style.

    Top Sellerie Seat

How much seat depth do you lose with that seat? It looks great but does it still leave you a little wiggle room for those long rides, or are you limited to one seating position all the time?
