I too have been contemplating replacing the flush mount front signals, as much as I like the way they look from a safety point of view they suck. At night they are visible but during the day I doubt a car could see them from opposite side of an intersection.

Does it have the typical fitment issues?

I have a corbin in my Gen 1 and all I can say is WHY did I wait so long to get it! Wife also thinks it is way better than stock and best part is I can get a backrest for her. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I would still ride it but order a new one so it is on hand. That being said I always seem to look at tire and think good for another few hundred miles then next thing I see the cords.
