That first pic looks like a good idea, the second two links error out. As far as the screw driver idea, that will work also, i did that on my KTM Dual sport, but the wires on the Garmin GPS unit are so tiny any little squishing makes them break off, but in a pinch it will work, thanks Bob

Any idea what size spade or loop connector will i need to put on the end of my GPS wiring to attach to battery? I'll prep that now before I fly down south to get the bike.

Where do the slate colored exhaust covers come from, some are silver and others seem to match the bike? The bike I am picking up has the silver colored ones.

Hi, I just bought the Scorpion exo-900, there is a little trap door on the left side, apparently used for cummunication access, how do I use it, just take the little door off and put comm unit over hole? Looking at getting the Midland BT2, has anyone used this?

Thanks for the great pics, today I bid and won a gray 09 FZ1 with 1,800 miles, its in Tennessee, wont pick it up until April, I have Yamaha dealer picking it up for me and holding it, but the fender will be the first mod probably.
