Got to it on another computer. How much did it cost to send your seat back to them, if you don't mind? Also I have to decide if the silver piping would look ok on my 09. It's granite gray/raven.... I see they only have the standard seat on sale. I,m 6' tall with 34" waist, do you think it'd be...

Great looking bike! What seat is that you have? Looks like just what I need to keep from sliding back on the rear seat ever time I crack the throttle.

    Your Rider Resume

I started riding when I was 14. My first bike was an R5 350 Yamaha that I bought and paid for mowing yards and throwing papers. It just wasn't fast enough so I added expansion chambers and had the heads milled and my favorite prey was the Honda 750's for about a 1/4 mile, after that they ate my...

Neat bike, makes me think of my old Kawaski 900. Can't remember what year it was, but it was a beast. Got any pics of yours?

Typical brothers... I want what HE has!

Nice pups, never had a Rot before. Used to have a Boxer that would turn over a bowl of food he had no interest in, but as soon as the Jack Russel showed interest he would turn the bowl over and lay on top of it. Dogs are funny, cats are worthless...

Triumph Tiger Explorer Photos and Video

I have the Tenere and yes it is heavy for a dual sport. I mostly cruise county/gravel roads and it's great for that. I went down a dirt trail that turned into mud and I laid it over. Glad my friend was there to help me get the pig up. 575 lbs and slick slimy mud made it seemingly impossible for...

Your right about that. At about 90 miles my friend starts looking for fuel.

Yep, get yourself another bike. It'll help keep you young. If you've got the funds try out the V Max. I was impressed with how comfy it is. To have no fairing to speak of, it had a nice "pocket" to sit in. Much less turbulent than the FZ, or at least mine.

Got to put the new bike through some good riding today. Started out at 45 degrees today, a bit chilly for this Texas boy who wore his summer gloves (duh). Warmed up to 70 and turned out to be a nice day. Love'n the bike, handled the twisty's great and the long ride to get to them was much more...

    And yet, another new owner...

Story as follows: I've been reading about the FZ1 for about a week or so. I was looking for an alternative to my 2005 Triumph Speed Four, something a little more upright and with more power. I called a dealer to ask if they had one and he said that they had an 09 demo. Took my wife to buy her a...
