Im not really looking to start parting out a bike in this condition, and I will probably end up keeping the bike rather then dropping the price much more then I already have.

Yes it is, and I love it. I'm unsure what brand I have had it for like 5 years. It is bright enough, although it changes the timing and gives a type of oscillating brake light.

I think I still have radiator im unsure think I may have used forks on fz6

I hit 165 on gen I fz-1 and 185 on the 08 r-1 at those speed to hold on tight and sit up for airbrakes.....lol
