2007 FZ1 not charging

like many others the rotor on my 07 FZ1 fell apart, I replaced it with the new style rotor i also replaced the stator and the rectifier, but still the bike isnt charging. i checked and rechecked all parts are installed properly and functioning. Any suggestions as to what it could be ?

Is your battery good? Not to overlook the obvious. when you tested your new parts, what were the values?

Yes tested that too it's only a few months old and works fine

I just had a similar problem with my 02 fz1. I noticed I was only getting 13.1vdc max to battery. I replaced regulator, stator and battery with no help. I removed the headlight fuse and bam everything came back. Not sure why but you could start removing fuses one at a time to see if that helps.
