as soon as i get in 3rd terrible clanking goes away when i pyll in the clutch or shift up or down????

Could be a bent shift fork (or broken) but that would mean a significant tear down to check it. Could be a broken 3rd gear wheel as in missing teeth, again, same tear down though.

Buy a real bike!! haha
i cant find anything about this subject. If it was a gear issue most likely you would not be the only one experiencing it, with such low miles on the bike.
