Should i buy this 1981 750 with 20,??? Miles? A friend of mine offered to resell (flip) this one owner bike that all original except tires for $2,000 . Only spot of rust i could find was on bottom of one shock . There is a small goudge on motor behind brake pedal ,and the stator makes a whine when brake light is applied , the headlight and tailight bulbs look too bright ? Is there anything else i should look for gonna test ride this weekend? THANKS

Are you sure its a 1981 model not a 1991. If it is a 1981 model, you could put it on Historic plates here in Australia, much cheaper insurance and rego but there`s some restrictions

I do believe you are correct . My friend has about ten vintage bikes we were drooling over one of us got confused !! probably me

if you say headlicht looks too bright I would first check the charging system (no more than 14,5v)
coils and cdi can fry if there's something wrong
