They have some really cheap prices on helmets.....and I just thought I'd ask...

I hadn't heard of them before, but in a search they popped up.

Great customer service, decent return policy. Last time I had to use it I had :noworries:. That said, I haven't bought anything from them since last fall I think.

Have used them many times, and their customer service has always been top notch when I needed to exchange or return. I know some have experienced differently, but I've found their shipping to be ridiculously quick. Recently ordered set of tires after Monday ride, tires were at my house after work Wednesday.

If you're looking at Arai, HelmetShop.com is lots cheaper. Just put the helmet in your cart and look at the discount that appears. I bought from them 10yrs ago and again last week. Helmet exchanges not a problem. Got my new Arai in 3 days!
