Blowing headlight fuse!

OK, I need some help here guys. I have a GEN II and I am getting it ready for My fair weather riding season. I had it on a tender. Checked everything as usual. I went on a ride day before yesterday, and I have no headlights or front markers or instrument cluster back light. Everything else works fine. I pulled the 20a fuse under the seat, And it was popped. Swapped it out, turned on the ignition, and you could hear it pop again. Disconnected everything up front. Headlights, turn signals, literally everything but the relays behind the instrument cluster. I have never heard of a relay causing a short like this. Like I said, everything worked just fine until I fired it up and took it on a run. Any thoughts on troubleshooting?

Now that everything is disconnected, I would install a fuse, and then plug in one item at a time. Maybe something is shorting out to ground. maybe you can single out one circuit that is the problem. I hate electrical issues! They are the worst to deal with.
