Cylinders 1&2 work 3&4 Don't

Hello everyone, I'm happy to be a new member.
Ok so had a substantial damage to my bike and as a result had to get a new frame. I swapped everything over including the wiring harness and here's what I'm having my trouble. Cylinders 1 + 2 are firing 3 and 4 are not. I've not yet started to back-tracing that's tomorrow but I thought I would get some insight to it anyways before I start the task of trying to find out why this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’d suspect the coils first. But a lot of variables with a full swap. Could be a wiring issue…???

Try moving coils around and see if it changes which cylinders are firing…?

Good luck. Let us know what you figure out…

Cylinders 1&2 are firing, 3&4 are not. I've been busy so all I've been able to do is move the coils around. Still same result.

Bad plugs (extremely doubtful)?

The only wires shared between all 4 coils is a Red/ black stripe wire. Cyl 3 uses a Orange / green stripe and Cyl 4 uses a Gray / green stripe to go back to the ECU.

At least according to the color wiring diagram I'm using.
