Deals Gap trip May 2011

I know many of you have ridden these roads so I figured I would post the videos of my trip this year. Both of these were taken from my bike with a standard GoPro.

Next year I'll hopefully have a GoPro HD for a better picture. This first one is HWY 143 which leads into the Cherohala Skyway (right about where we pass that Sheriff).

This one doesnt have any music but it wasnt supposed to be a blazing run or anything, just trying to get up ahead to take pictures. The scraping sound was my side stand which is why I almost lost it! I just need to get off the bike more I guess.

Great video. I prefer the videos with out music. I like to hear the engine and sounds of the ride. I like the way you handled the rolling road blocks. :sport12: Looks like they are everywhere. You'd think the HD's would be more comfortable on straight roads with their 15 degree lean angles :lol: :Rockon:

PS Someone needs to tell that guy on the HD at 3:10 of the second video to look through the turns. I think he made 10 little turns in the middle of one moderate turn. :disapprove:
