Exhaust Header torque

I've done some searching and found nothing specific for the FZ1. Does anyone know the torque for the Exhaust Header nuts on the FZ1? I've found 19Nm for some other bikes & will probably go there unless I find something specific for the FZ1.

All done & installed. I traced the O2 sensor cable back to unplug it & found that Neville had already unplugged it when he did the PCV install & dynotune. All I had to do was pull it off the bike.

I'll get some pics up later today when I do the castle thing* & shift all the cars & trailer around to get the bike out.

* Aussie joke - if you've seen the movie, you'll understand.

I'll get into blocking off the AIS later tonight too.
