Exhaust question

I was sitting here looking at exhaust and noticed that some people have used a R6 exhaust on the R1. Does that mean that I could use a R6 exhaust or a FZ6 exhaust on the FZ1? Just curious if anyone has done it or if it could be done.

Well I doubt either one would be a direct fit. And I can't see how an FZ6 exhaust is going to flow as well as one designed for an engine that's 400cc bigger.
