Ive thought about the whole cop pulling me over thing and so I asked 1 since the police depo is on my block and he said. "The plate has to be directly under the brake light with its own white light but the angle is fine. The plate facing the ground in angle only says that im trying to hide something." After we had a talk about my exhaust pipe and was looking to have me put the stock 1 back on till a HD went by, then said just keep the revs down. Sure no problem.
