Fork Reflectors

Rookie question. I got rid of the rear reflectors when I did the rear fender elimination kit. I'd like to ditch the fork reflectors too. Is that a simple un-bolt job, or are they attached to something critical that will require that I know what I am doing?

By the way, I rarely ride at night. I think the reflectors are ugly, and would opt for a reflective riding jacket and rim tape if I was going to start riding at night. But really, just too many damn deer running around these parts, particularly after dusk.

Simple unbolt. Just replace the bolts after you take the reflectors off

They are held in place by the same bolts that attach the front calipers so make sure you properly torque them again after removing the reflectors. You don't want those bolts falling off!

As I recall, after unbolting, you will need to spread the loop to get them off of the brake line. Easy enough though.
